Karen Rach
has been part of the horse world most of her life. She has been
riding since childhood and owned her first pony at age 4. She
earned a bachelors degree in Equestrian Studies at Lake Erie College and did her intership in Germany. After college, Karen managed and trained at a family run
equestrian center for 17 years. She has competed and won numerous
championships in the Morgan horse circuit, USDF dressage shows,
rare breeds shows (Lipizzans and
Friesians), and even the American Vaulting Association Nationals.
Now relocated to Southeast Michigan, Karen teaches lessons for all ages and levels of riders in
dressage, hunter-jumper, saddle seat, western, drill team and
vaulting. "Balance My Ride" is another class offered
which is geared to confidence rebuilding for riders with past
negative experiences or those overcoming fears. She currently
conducts lessons and trains horses at the Miracle Ranch
in Milford, MI and the Constantine Arena in Plymouth, MI.
Through her vast experiences, Karen and
"Rach Riding" can help you live
out your equestrian dreams. Whether it's reconnecting with horses,
beginning or improving your training, or participating in
performances.
